Vaporizers/e-cigarettes go to the Alameda County Board of Superviosrs
Posted by Jon W on December 31, 2015.
Supervisor Nate Miley needs your help to stop both items 25 and 26. Both items have anti-vaporizer/e-cigarette language included. Vaporizers/e-cigarettes need to be completely removed from item 25 “regulations for tobacco retailers”. Click the attachment for item 25 below.
Item 26 needs to be voted down and rewritten based on the merits of vaporizers/e-cigarettes not on the unrelated merits of deadly tobacco. Click the attachment for item 26 below.
Supervisor Miley is asking that folks come to the board meeting and tell your story about the use of vaporizers/E-Cigarettes as an alternative to smoking tobacco cigarettes and as and alternative to the smoking of medical cannabis. Please fill out a speaker card and give it to the clerk. Cards are in the back of the room.
