Q: How does aromatherapy work?
A: Molecules from essential oils and herbs activate neurons in your nose which send impulses to your olfactory bulb. From there, the bulb processes these impulses and activates the limbic system, the part of your brain that controls emotion, pleasure, and memory.
Q: Help! I received the free gifts but not my vaporizer!
A: Don't worry, we frequently ship the vaporizers and free gifts in separate boxes and from different warehouses. You should receive your entire order within a day or two of eachother.
Q: Where do your orders ship from?
A: Almost all products are shipped from Los Angeles, CA. We ship using UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on your location.
Q: I live in Los Angeles area. Can I pay for / pickup my order at your warehouse?
A: Yes, our warehouse is open Monday thru Friday, 10am to 5pm. However, please call ahead to make an appointment. Cash and credit cards are accepted at our warehouse.
Q: What will the charge on my credit card statement say?
A: You will see a charge from NETBOUTIQUE.
Q: I live in New York, how long would the free shipping take to get here?
A: Your package will be sent via UPS ground. From our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA, it would take about 4 business days. If you are in a hurry, you will have the option of upgrading to Priority and Express shipping during checkout.
